post Category: Children's Portraits post Comments (6) postMay 19, 2008

Some kids are cute, and some kids are expressive, and then there are kids like Bella–she takes “cute” and “expressive” off the charts!!!

Sweet Bella

What a face!!

[no, this is not MY Bella].

I first met Bella when she was only 6 months old. Since then, I’ve enjoyed watching her “grow up” around my studio. Her parents always take advantage of our discounted seasonal specials, and they religiously schedule her birthday session every year [they're much better parents than I am. I'll have some serious explaining to do when my own Bella gets older, and wonders where all of her infant portraits are].

What a face too!!

I wish that all of you could see Bella’s home! Her parents are a living testament to the value of beautiful portraits. They’ve done a great job of framing and decorating with portraits, but there’s something even more beautiful than that. If you walk from room to room in their home, you actually watch their family grow! Their lovely home illustrates what I’ve been preaching: Portraits tell the story of our lives.

Horaayy..there are 6 comment(s) for me so far ;)

Since I don’t know Aunt Nina, I can’t agree or disagree, however, I do know her sweet daddy, and I have to say there is a tremendous resemblence! Beautiful pictures! Beautiful child! Great Aunt Georgette

I’m a little troubled by all this talk about Bella looking like her dad. When I see Bella, I always sweep her up for hugs and kisses. I can say–with the utmost sincerity–that I’ve never considered doing that with Tim. :)
